We are set in attractive grounds and all of our rooms are on ground-floor level, with free off-street car parking. We are right next door to the courthouse and just behind Baycourt. Leave your car and walk everywhere.

We have 20 spacious studio or one bedroom spa suites. Our one bedroom spa suites each have a separate bedroom and lounge, and each bathroom has a large spa bath and separate shower cubicle.

All rooms are serviced daily and have kitchenettes, microwaves, plunger coffee, tea/coffee, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, ceiling fans, Sky TV, electric blankets and clock radios. Wireless broadband internet access is available throughout the motel. The spa studios and one bedroom spa suites all have great bathrooms with spa baths. All rooms have been recently recarpeted.

Cooked, continental or light breakfasts are delivered daily in-room, and we also have tasty in-room "heat and eat" meals available as well as well-stocked mini-bars.

We are ideally located and set-up for a longer stay with guest laundry, a fantastic relaxing swimming pool in an attractive setting, and free car parking right outside your door. We are so central to the city centre that it makes sense to forget about the traffic and just park your car right outside your room and stroll to the cafes, shops, harbour or city centre businesses.
